The dagger was worn since 1936 (presumably) by the leaders of the youth fascist
organizations "Opera Nationale Balilla" and "Gioventu Italiana del Littorio", and since 1941 no. 1945 - "Giovani Fascisti" - "Young Fascists"
THE HANDLE is wooden, painted black, with transverse grooves, along which it is wrapped with twisted lagoon wire. The head of the handle is made in the form of an eagle's head with eyes made of red stones. The head smoothly passes into the back of the handle. At the bottom of the handle there is a cylindrical sleeve, decorated with an ornament. On top of the head there is a nut with a round button, screwed onto the tang of the blade. The CROSS is straight, flat, oval, with slightly tapered ends in the middle. All metal parts of the hilt are made of brass.
BLADE is straight, flat, single-edged, double-edged in the last third, not decorated. There are no brands.
SCABBARD leather, brown. A leather loop is attached to the scabbard for hanging it on a belt.
A very rare dagger, hard to find.
