Multi-stitched black leather straps show faint surface wear/age, but no rips, tears or damage to stitching. Heavy deluxe fittings show minor age patina with portions of factory frosting remaining and are marked, “D.R.G.M.” 
Untypical upper fitting. The parts have the same patina, very old thread seams, and the threads themselves are original. It is safe to conclude that the upper fitting was installed during the period.
