Produced in Zlatoust, a famous Russian manufacturer of edged weapons. It was not a mandatory element of the uniform, so it had several variations. Very good condition, overall the item shows signs of use. The blade is in excellent condition. EXC+. Defects are visible in the photos.
It was not restored by me. It was purchased in Ukraine in early 2003 and was in a private collection.
