Luftwaffe M37 officer's dagger by Paul Weyersberg with matching hangers and officer's portepee. The blade is in good condition with some very minor toning marks. Etched maker's mark "Paul Weyersberg" with full logo. Above the logo is the Luffwaffe W5 acceptance mark embossed on the blade, which was only fitted to early examples. Bright orange grip with intact wire wrapping. Aluminium fittings with gilded swastikas on the pommel. Fittings show deep contrast. Scabbard is free from dents, with nice dark patina and a few rust spots. Including officer's portepee and luxurious dagger hangers with velvet back. All three clasps are fully functional and the top clip is marked DRGM.
A very nice example in excellent condition.
