The Kingdom of Yugoslavia naval dagger, model 1924, was an official ceremonial dirk for naval officers, with a design that drew from the earlier Austro-Hungarian model. It featured a steel blade, often etched with national symbols like the royal coat of arms or cypher of King Alexander I, and a brass hilt with a white grip. The gilded bronze scabbard, which came in different variations, often included decorative elements such as floral patterns or the figure of Neptune with a trident.
Completed with the matching portepee.
